Oregon Dunes Take-Over 2024

Join us for an unforgettable weekend adventure with Team Overland at Oregon Dunes Takeover 2024!

Itinerary narrative:

Friday, March 22nd: We will Rally at the Bullrun OHV Staging Area and Sand Camping at 1600 on March 22. A paved parking lot at the Bullrun OHV Staging area offers a place to air down your tires and use an outhouse-style bathroom. The reserved campsites are only about 2 kilometers north of the staging area on the sand dunes. Once guests meet our team, we will show everyone where the campsite is, and guests are free to pick a spot and set up their tents. Team Overland will provide dinner that evening. Please inform us if there are any food allergies or other dietary restrictions. 

Saturday, March 23rd: Team Overland will provide breakfast on Saturday morning. After breakfast, there will be many dunes and beach tour options with Trail Guides throughout the day. Lunch is on your own Saturday, so plan to pack your own lunches and snacks. When things have wound down for the day, Team Overland will provide dinner. After dinner, Team Overland Trail Guides will lead guests on a sunset beach and dune trip. 

Sunday, March 24th: Team Overland will provide coffee and muffins for a light breakfast option as guests pack up and break camp. Guests are free to move at their own pace on Sunday morning, so long as everyone is cleaned up and camp is cleared by the 12:00 pm check-out time. Team Overland subscribes to the "Leave no Trace" principles and expects all guests to comply by leaving the area trash-free.
